WHAT I DO
My approach to therapy is integrative and as such I always try to adapt to each of my clients’ unique needs.
Prior to settling down in the UK in 2004, I lived and worked in several countries. This allowed me to develop an awareness of human diversity and respect for one’s identity and beliefs.
Life adversities impact each one of us differently. The assumptions and beliefs we hold about ourselves influence how much pain and suffering those adversities can inflict.
Choosing a counsellor can be daunting but might be the first and most important part of your therapeutic journey. For this reason, I invite prospective clients to call for an initial free session to explore what brings them to therapy, what they are hoping to achieve and most importantly if we might work together as I believe that building a trusting, collaborative relationship with my clients is key to their therapeutic growth.
My commitment will be to provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where to explore any difficulties (long term or temporary) you might be experiencing. We will try to understand your struggles, their meanings to you and how they impact your life and relationships.
I work with young adults (16+), adults, and seniors
